Excellent staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful and answered any questions we had. The process of looking at RV’s through finalizing purchase went very smooth. The dealership picked-up of our trade to the delivery of our new destination trailer couldn’t have gone any better. Person delivering the new trailer was extremely nice and helpful. He did an excellent job of placing the trailer where we wanted it to be even though we had a somewhat challenging lot for it to be set-up on. He stayed with us until he was sure we were satisfied and had no more questions. Thank you for everything!

We had “shopped” for a camper for some time visiting numerous camper dealerships but when we visited Lerch RV we felt right at home. They let you browse the entire inventory without being bothered by salespeople if we needed a salesperson they were there to answer your questions. From the moment we arrived and they handed us a clipboard outlining their inventory as well as a place to take notes I knew this was the dealer we would work with to purchase our camper. They are great people to work with and you won’t be sorry you did!!!

From the time we walked through the door, everyone treated us like we were family. There was no pressure to buy as we got to walk through without someone and discuss our options between ourselves. After looking at new and used models we found a used camper that is just right for us. The sales/finance staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with. When we picked up our camper, our service tech Mike was very thorough and pleasant. We wish all our buying experiences were as great as the one we had at Lerch RV.

Lerch RV has a great selection of both used and new to look at. Also, the salesman was very nice and didn’t pressure us. When we picked up our camper the technician went over everything with us for as long as we needed. The service department was very helpful when we had a problem with our jacks. Beth in finance was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Overall a very great experience.

As seasonable campers, my wife and I had been looking for a new camper to upgrade our home away from home. Fortunately, Lerch RV had exactly what we were seeking. WE WENT TO THE RV SHOW IN HARRISBURG AND LOOKED AT A LOT OF CAMPERS. BUT, LERCH RV WAS THE ONLY ONES THAT EVEN WOULD TALK TO US. WE HAVE OUR CAMPER ON A PERMANENT SIGHT AT RAYSTOWN LAKE WHERE WE HAVE BEEN GOING EVERY WEEKEND SINCE THE MIDDLE OF APRIL. WE LOVE THE NEW CAMPER. IT HAS SO MUCH ROOM AND WE LOVE SPENDING TIME IN IT. AS A MATTER OF FACT, WE ARE GOING TO SPEND THIS YEAR’S VACATION THERE WITH OUR DAUGHTER, SON-IN-LAW, AND GRANDDAUGHTER. THEY HAVE NOT SEEN IT YET.
