A1 experience. Everybody was helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to get my trailer ready in 2 days!!! Also, service department installed a brake booster and as an added bonus, he hooked up my weight distribution hitch and went over everything thoroughly before I left the lot. Will definitely be purchasing all my needs and next RV from Lerch. Even though I live 100 miles away it was definitely worth the trip.

The wife and I decided we needed an upgrade. Asked around and EVERYONE we talked to said go to LerchRV!! So we packed up the family, met Mariah, was given 0 sales pressure at all. The people at Lerch RV are amazing. We just picked up a 2018 Open Range UT2410 RL and the people at Lerch gave us a very complete walk through answering all the question we had about the unit. They also went the extra mile and installed the W/D hitch, sway bar, and wireless brake controller that we had supplied. If you are ever looking for a won’t regret it.

I’m sorry to say that I did not buy a trailer from you. However, I do want to point out the extremely professional job that your salesman Randy Benfer did for us. He is exactly the type of person I enjoy working with on a large purchase of this sort. He was always courteous but never pushy. He answered all our questions and went beyond the average in looking up and researching additional information. He always responded promptly when we called and was quick to offer special arrangements so that we could shop at our convenience (even though we live far away). If it wasn’t for a new left over trailer with a new warranty against your used trailer we would certainly have purchased from him. Even with those facts it was difficult to not give our business to Randy and your company. All of your employees were very helpful and the store has a most comfortable atmosphere about it. Thank you and Randy for a helpful and pleasant shopping experience. You can be sure that we will we back when we are ready for our next camper.

Excellent Sales & Customer Service Experience. After setting up our RV on our seasonal river lot site in Montgomery, PA, we found our gas hot water heater would not light. After contacting Customer Service & Parts Department, we were sent a new part with a return label to send the defective part back. My husband was able to install the new piece & the water heater has been working fine. Thank you to all at Lerch RV.
