My step son had bought a trailer from Lerch and to know him you know he did his research. Since that time he and his wife consistently have praised Lerch RV. My wife and I have been to a many shows and dealerships through the years. Our last purchase, though the 5th wheel we got was great the people at the dealership weren’t. As a matter of fact I sent a complaint to management about the sales person and another. So because of Sean’s comments we thought we’d try Lerch. OMG what a difference, no pressure, here is a clipboard and paper a golf cart is available go look see and come with your questions, All the staff were happy to answer questions and to help you no matter who your sales person is. The mechanics are on the ball and knowledgeable about all that the RV has and needs. They even go the extra because they can. I’ve seen the work they do and I see that they care about it. At my age I hope I don’t need to buy another RV but rest assured I will bring this one back here for all it’s needs. With that said I shouldn’t have to buy another but if I do it will be from Lerch RV.

We have been to many RV dealer in the area over the past 6months looking for a traveler camper. We are planing to travel in are retirement and was looking something within our budget. When we arrived at Lerch RV we were aproched by Randy we told him we were just looking around and he directed to the RV we had seen on the Internet and a form for to use to help us keep track of the ones we liked. What we liked their was no one pressured us into anything as we had found in other RV dealerships. They were their to answer our questions and willing to help us make the best deal and they did. We outgrew our first camper (previously bought from you in 2000) and passed it to my son. We returned to you to upgrade and found a beautiful pre-owned Springdale at a price we couldn’t turn down!!!! The whole staff, from the time you walked in the door until our camper was set up at our permanent camp site, was very friendly and helpful!!! The camper is perfect!! Everything works well and we give the camper and company 5 stars!!!

I bought my Outback RV a few years ago from Lerch. I wanted to thank and commend your parts staff (Megan) for the excellent service provided last week. A branch struck the bathroom roof vent on my camper and cracked it and after providing photos, Megan was able to identify the part I needed and ship it to me free of a shipping charge. My wife and I are most appreciative and caring your staff provided and it is extremely rare nowadays! When we’re ready for a new camper, we will definitely be back to see you folks! So excited with the purchase of our Springdale Mini. Getting ready for many adventures. The folks at Lerch have been amazing and so easy to work with.

Bought our travel trailer a little over a year ago. Got a great price at the Hershey RV show and the follow up service has been great. Had a couple of warranty issues and the folks at Lerch were very helpful getting repairs done in a timely manner.

So worth the almost 5 hour each way drive. Told Randy what we were looking for, and he kept us updated and found us the perfect fifth wheel.

The way your team conducts business should serve as a model for anyone selling anything, from the moment we arrived we never felt any pressure, no attempt to up sell and additional products or services and no salesperson hovering but most importantly the staff listened to what we had to say and asked questions to make sure they we would be able to point us in the right direction. We traveled about 2 hours and after visiting several other local dealers I have to say as long as you are in business you have a customer for life! Picked up our new 2020 Durango 333 RLT fifth wheel last November. Financing rate was best offer I got anywhere. Sales dept. was easy to work with and had no problem making all the changes I requested. The service dept did an excellent job making the changes and explaining the operation of the RV. Would not hesitate to deal with Lerch RV in the future
