I always felt uncomfortable with salespeople, especially when purchasing a car. Still, the sales staff at Lerch all work together, even if your salesperson is busy with other customers, anyone in the office is willing to help you or answer any questions that may have, and there is a no-pressure experience.

As a first time RV buyer, I had lots of questions. From my initial visit to just look at the RV’s on the lot, until I walked out with the keys to my 2017 Outback, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Chris in sales helped put me at ease with the process of looking at all the options. Hannah in finance sat with my sister and I and went out of her way to make sure we were clear on all of our questions. And Jason was fabulous as we did our walk through yesterday! I am thrilled with my new RV!

We have been searching for a different fifth wheel floor plan tor a while, and found exactly what we were looking for at Lerch RV. Troy, our sales associate, was outstanding to work with; no pressure and very knowledgeable. The unit we looked at sold but he was able to locate another, and it arrived shortly thereafter despite the COVID-19 challenges. Staci did an awesome job with closing the deal, and Chris provided a very thorough walk through in the new rig and expertly demonstrating all the features. Nate helped us up with needed supplies while the team was busy hooking up our new rig! The experience was enjoyable and stress-free! By far and away, this was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had! This is our fourth camper, so we’ve worked with quite a few dealers and Lerch is absolutely the best!!

We walked in on a Saturday, and we were welcomed with pizza and drinks, not attacked by a sales team, we were shown a few campers and then had zero sales pressure during our walk across the lot checking out different campers. Once we were certain we had picked one out, Erma and her staff made the deal happen, with all of our questions ans concerns answered as first time buyers. We will be picking up our camper this week!! Our experience with Lerch has been very positive thus far. We picked up our new Durango today. The salesperson, Miriah, was great to work with and communicated well. The person giving us the tour and review of our new camper was very knowledgeable and knew the camper well. When leaving we discovered the tire was flat but they were quick to agree to get us a new tire–just delayed us a bit. Very, very pleased so far! Thanks Lerch–looking forward to camping in our new camper!
