As you step into our dealership, you’ll immediately notice the joyful presence of our furry team members. From entering our lobby to browsing our sales hall and parts area, you’ll likely encounter four or five friendly dogs happily roaming around, adding warmth and charm to your experience.
Let’s meet our diverse cast of canine characters! From the vocal beagle who’s never shy about expressing his opinions to the lovable Australian shepherds affectionately known as “wiggle butts” for their energetic and enthusiastic greetings, our furry team members come in all shapes, sizes, and personalities.
Reno usually roams behind the parts counter where our Parts Manager, Nathan, his owner, spends his day. With a bloodline heavy on Norwegian Elkhound DNA, Reno is a very mild-mannered boy and fluffy. Reno also enjoys camping at the beach; his favorite is the Rehoboth Beach area of Delaware. Reno will assist you at the parts counter during your next Lerch RV visit.
Chester, the chocolate lab, has been coming around the dealership since he was a wee pup. He claims Kayla, one of our dedicated Finance Managers, as his human. This big brown teddy bear loves his belly rubbed. Chester prefers strolling around the lobby and sales hall and visiting the detailing department. His calming demeanor is very welcoming to our customers.
Kiwi, the wanderer, loves hiking and the occasion run for freedom. The smallest dog in our group of regulars, Kiwi, belongs to our founder, Ed Lerch. Even though she does not come into the office daily, she can be found roaming the entire dealership and, occasionally, the New Holland dealer’s yard next door. If you spot this mischievous runner outside, please let us know.
One of two resident “wiggle-butts,” Ricky is one of two Aussies roaming about. Ricky is the “quiet one”, always excited to see people, and mind-mannered. As you can also tell, Ricky is the ham of the group and the true fashionista; his owner, Pam, always keeps him styling. Ricky is always up for a nice belly rub and a good treat. Be sure to say hello.
Lucy is another of our resident Aussies and Ricky’s sister. She has no trouble being found when she’s excited. The most exciting noises a dog can make arrive from this beauty’s mouth. Another self-proclaimed wiggle butt, Lucy, is owned by Pam. Although she is only sometimes present at the office, Lucy enjoys meeting new people and spending time in Pam’s office or lounging in the sales hallway. She is a bottle of energy and joy.
Ethel is the newest dog here at Lerch RV. She is a Bich-a-poo (Bichon/mini poodle). Ethel lives with Lucy & Ricky and is a bit spunky. She is the smallest of our four-legged friends here at Lerch RV. Pam also owns Ethel. She enjoys keeping up with her bigger coworkers and sometimes can get lost underfoot. So be on the lookout for our Ethel during your next visit to Lerch RV.
